Pilates Group Sessions

These group session build body awareness, functional strength and core stability. They help you to move more efficiently, improve posture, and develop strength that supports everyday movements.

All exercises can be modified to suit physical limitations or mobility issues, ensuring everyone can participate safely while feeling stronger, more balanced, and confident in their movement.

Monday 9:30-10:30am: Hanwood Village Hall, SY5 8JN

Tuesday 7:00-8:00pm: Habberley Village Hall, SY5 0TP

Saturday 8:35-9:35am: AJ Dance Academy, SY2 5TX

Drop-In Session: £9.00

4-Session Block: £34.00 (expires after 12 weeks)
